National Engineering Works manufactures High Tensile Calibrated Round Link Chain Ends for Bucket Elevators These Bucket Elevator Link Chains are specially double depth case hardened to withstand continuous corrosion owing to handling of abrasive particles High Tensile Round Link Chains for Bucket Elevator as per DIN 764 DIN 766  IS 39481986  are manufactured from premium grade refined NiCrMo Alloy and Mn Alloy Steel These chains are gas carburized to a case depth of 002 mm ensuring uniform surface hardness and double quenched and tempered and core refined to achieve surface hardness of 57  60 HRC These chains are homogeneously heattreated in the interlink areas to achieve proof strength of almost 100 Nmm These highly wear and abrasion resistant chains are calibrated and supplied in matched pairs maintaining accurate dimensional tolerances and occasionally smeared with protective coating for anti corrosion resistance Corresponding Chain Bows  ULinks U Bolts Bucket Links  as per IS 101311992  DIN 745DIN 5699 for Bucket Elevator are manufactured from fine grained carbon steel in close die by drop forging method The interlink wearing portion at the crown of the shackle is specially heattreated to a hardness of 5557 HRC to a case depth of 01 mm The U Links and Chain Shackles are supplied with carbon steel distance plate hex nuts and spring washers
